Our own native Irish honey bees work tirelessly to create out honey. All honey comes from the wild flowers of the Dublin and Wicklow Mountains.

The honey we produce is  raw.

What does this mean? – Raw honey comes straight from the honeycombs. We merely filter the honey to remove the small bits of beeswax cappings and pollen. It is not pasteurised or heated. As a result, our honey crystallises naturally. We believe by heating the honey, you in turn destroy most of the health benefits associated with honey.
